This privacy policy applies to the JR-WEST RAIL PASS On-line Reservation (hereinafter “this service”) administered by JR-West.
Purpose of Collecting Information
With this service, we collect personal information on customers (Name, Date of birth, E-mail address and Passport number) for the following purposes:

- ･ To verify identity when issuing JR-WEST RAIL PASS at stations
- ･ To respond to inquiries
- ･ To create materials that are made so that individuals cannot be identified
Note that changes to personal information acquired will not occur without the prior consent of the customer. Furthermore, it will not be used for any purpose other than those listed above.
