- Table of Handling Fees for Tour Services
Thank you for choosing West Japan Railway Company. We charge the following tour service handling fees when processing your travel arrangements. If you have any questions about the specifics of these fees, please ask a staff member.
Table of Handling Fees for Tour Services (Travel within Japan)
(Transaction Terms Explanation Document Pursuant to Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Act)
1. Handling Fees for Arranged Tours
(1) Handling Fees

(Note)For group tours of 15 or more people, we charge an amount not exceeding 20% of the total travel cost for the group. |

(2) Handling Fees for Cancellation and Changes
- 1. ¥550 per individual change
- 2. ¥550 per individual cancellation

- (Note)1.Cancellation fees, breach of contract penalties, and other charges required by transportation providers, accommodation facilities, etc. will be charged separately to the customer.
- (Note)2.Actual costs for communication (postage, telephone charges, etc.) can be charged separately at the request of the customer.
- (Note)3.Consumption tax is included in the above fees. Any fractional amounts resulting from the calculation of consumption tax added to fees will be rounded down to the nearest yen, and fees will be assessed in whole yen units.
2. Travel Consultation Fees

3. Tour Escort Service Fee
- (1) ¥33,000 in travel costs per day for one tour escort
- (2) In addition to the above, actual travel expenses for the tour escort, such as accommodation and transportation costs
