Domestic Arranged Tour Terms and Conditions (KANSAI MaaS)
Note: Before applying, be sure to print and read these tour terms and conditions.
The tour described herein is an Arranged Tour, and customers participating in this tour will enter into an Arranged Tour Contract with our company. Arrangements for this tour are undertaken in accordance with our “Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Arranged Tour Contract Section)” and the conditions set forth below.

2. Date of Agreement
Applications for this tour are accepted during the business hours of the KANSAI MaaS app. A reservation is deemed to have been made and an agreement is deemed to be established when we have issued a notice confirming that the reservation has been made and that your application has been accepted.
3. Tour Destination(s), Departure Date, and Other Schedule Details
Provided in the product page for each tour.
4. Consideration to Be Paid by Traveler to Travel Agency and Payment Method
Provided in the product page for each tour. The payment date shall be the respective withdrawal date of the credit card used for payment. Note that Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners in the cardholder’s name are accepted.
5. Details of Travel-Related Services Available to Traveler for the Consideration Listed in Section 4
Provided in the product page for each tour.
6. Travel-Related Expenses Not Included in the Consideration Listed in Section 4 and Normally Required by Traveler
Any communication fees incurred in the course of booking, making payment for, and using this tour service shall be borne by the customer.
7. Amendment and Cancellation of the Contract

8. Liability and Exemptions
- The tour described herein is an arranged tour. We assume no liability for “itinerary management,” “itinerary guarantees,” or “special compensation” as specified in the Agent-Organized Tour Terms and Conditions and the Customized Tour Terms and Conditions.
- We assume no liability to compensate for any damages suffered due to natural disasters, war, civil disturbances, suspension of travel services by transportation or accommodation providers, etc., government orders, or other reasons beyond the control of our company or our booking agents.
9. Eligibility Requirements and Specifics Thereof in Cases Where Such Are Specified

10. Information about Safety and Hygiene That Travelers Should Obtain Based on Their Travel Destination and the Specifics of Such Information if Available

11. Handling Fees for Tour Services
We do not charge any handling fees for our tour services.
